Ekam Yoga & Pilates

I joined Ekam Yoga & Pilates about six months ago when my former studio closed, and I'm so grateful to have found this place. The instructors are wonderful--knowledgeable, talented, warm, and kind. I also appreciate the number of classes they offer at so many different times of day. The instructor I've spent the most time with is Jill Romero on Tuesday evenings at 5:15; she's amazing! Her class is such a great workout and I feel completely stretched out and wonderful after. If you're looking for a new yoga home, I encourage you to check out Ekam, you will love it!

My lower back is feeling so much better (healing from a herniated disc) and I felt instant results after the first class. Felt so much strong sitting up at the end of class. I super appreciate it! INSTANT fan! Today was my first time to this studio. It's a pretty calm and inspiring environment. Upon arrival, I was checked in by Jessie (Jessica? ) and given a tour of the studio. Very welcoming! Huma is such a lovely and empowering instructor. HIGHLIGHTS: -soft breeze from ceiling fans -organized and inspiring intentions/quotes on the yoga studio floor for mat positioning -compliment tea and alkaline water -complimentary refrigerated eucalyptus towels -gorgeous natural light -lovely music and sounds -lovely clothing and gift area Thank you!! Looking forward to the next class! Oct 22, 23 - UPDATE: Took a second class here (led by Brooke) and it was also calming and my back felt great afterward! Love this place!

Ekam is amazing! I adore Ekam and love their yoga classes, specifically because of the excellence that comes from the instructors! The yoga teachers here are PASSIONATE. They are highly skilled, deeply spiritual and just a joy to be in their flow. I am so inspired after a class at ekam. What I love about Ekam Yoga is that it is never just a workout class, like what most yoga studios offer… but beautifully combines mind body soul so that you can leave with a great workout, detoxified, more balanced, and with more peace and bliss. I would recommend ekam to anyone. I especially love Naomi, Billy, Shannon, and Mikes classes.

I've been going to Ekam the last 3 years and this is my favorite yoga studio. The Studio has such a good energy, always clean and the staff is great. All the instructors they are really good. I always take Sarah and Shannon classes, they are my favorites. I love taking Sarah's classes in the afternoon, she is amazing. And I used to take Shannon's classes in the morning, best way to start the day.

I Love this yoga studio! The front desk is very friendly and the yoga room is a good size. I’ve been looking for a good yoga studio for a while and this is my new favorite place! My Favorite teacher is Sarah. Her class is amazing and she’s so creative with her flow. It’s always just what I need and I feel great leaving. I’d definitely recommend this yoga studio. It has a good vibe.

I have been doing yoga for all of 20 years. I am by no means an expert, but I do know when a teacher is helping to take my practice to the next level. Andrea Martin is the real deal and I absolutely love her classes. My wife and I go every Sunday and the class is full of people with good energy that are ready to enhance their practice. Everybody at Ekam is extremely kind, the facility is clean, and we have even made a few friends there. This is a very special yoga place. I was introduced to Ekam by an amazing yogini and instructor, Jill Romero. She is by far my favorite yoga instructor. Her voice is so soothing, she greets you with a friendly welcoming smile as you come into the room. Everyone is surely welcome and the people in the class are so happy to be there. Her energy is calming and inspiring. The flow of her classes are well thought out, challenging and adjust to the read of the room. If you follow her voice I promise you she will guide you into that yoga flow and then before you know it the fun is over and you had a great workout!!!
